This is very painful for our kol society. कोल समाज के लिए यह बहुत दुःखनिय है।

हमारे सामाजिक संगठनों ने दर्शाया है , कि हम सिर्फ चुनाव के वक़्त और किसी की मृत्यु या जन्मदिवस के अवसर पर ही चर्चा जोरों से करेंगे । समाज की बात करेंगे , हकीकत तो ये है कि सामाजिक संगठनों की आवश्यकता जो होती हैं । वो समाज का एक भी संघटन कर नही कर रहे है । सामाजिक संघटनो के ऐसे बर्ताव से लग रहा हैं । कि सामाजिक  संघटन सिर्फ निजी स्वार्थ के लिए बने हैं । क्योंकि कोल समाज के लोगो के ऊपर उत्पीड़न , मारपीठ , समाज के लोगो की जमीनो पर कब्जा जैसे अन्य मामले सामने आ रहे हैं । पर इन मुद्दों पर एक भी सामाजिक संघटन इनको सुनकर या देखकर भी इनके बारे में विचारविमर्श नही करता बल्कि उन्हें अनदेखा कर रहे हैं । जो हमारे सामाजिक संघटनो की नीयत साफ दर्शाता , क्योंकि सामाजिक संगठन शिक्षा , बेरोजगार , समाज को मजबूत बनाने की बात तब करते हैं । जब उनकी बड़ी बड़ी सभा होती हैं । तभी वे अपने को श्रेष्ठ बोलते हैं । कोई भी सामाजिक संघटन जमीनी स्तर पर कार्य नही करना चाहता , और क्यों करेंगा उनको क्या मिलेगा गरीबों के लिए कार्य करेंगे तो वो तो सिर्फ ( एक सिद्धान्त के रूप में कार्य करते हैं , अगर आप गौर करेंगे तो समाज की सामाजिक सम्मेलनों में वही लोग जाते हैं , जो लोगो के पास पैसा है , अमीर हैं , पर कुछ गरीब लोग भी आस लेकर जाते हैं , शायद उनकी भी बात कोई वहां सुन ले पर ऐसा नही होता और जो गरीब निराश लौटते हैं , वे फिर सामाजिक सम्मेलनों में जाने से डरते हैं , क्यू क्योंकि उन्हें पता है कि वहां कोई उनकी सुनने वाला नही है , वहां सिर्फ समाज के पैसे वाले लोग एकत्रित होते हैं जो अपनी वाहवाहियां बटोरने आते हैं । ) समाज की ऐसी स्थिति को देखकर ऐसा लगता हैं , कि आज भी हम सही से समझे नही है क्योंकि अपने समाज के लोग ही अपने समाज का फायदा उठा रहे हैं । निजी स्वार्थ के लिए और ये कोई नयी बात नहीं हैं । ये तो सदियों से चली आ रही परम्परानुसार हैं , कि समाज के भोलेभाले अनपढ़ , लोगो का फायदा उठाया जाता हैं , उनकी भीड़ का फायदा लेकर राजनीति की जाती हैं । ये पोस्ट में इसीलिए लिख रहा हु क्योंकि मैंने देखा है , पढ़ा है । समाज के ऊपर आये दिन हो रहे अत्याचारों को पर इन अत्याचारों पर एक भी सामाजिक संघटन बात क्या इस विषय मे सोचना भी नही चाहते । आपको मेरी इस बार की पोस्ट बहुत बुरी लगेंगी पर लिखना जरूरी हैं , पहुचाना जरूरी है , उन सामाजिक संघटनो तक जो सिर्फ समाज का सहारा लेकर राजनीति करते हैं । अगर सामाजिक संगठन जमीनी स्तर पर कार्य नही कर सकते तो , ऐसे सामाजिक संगठनों का कोई अर्थ , या रूप नही रह जाता समाज में । में किसी भी सामाजिक संघटन से नही जुड़ा हु और ना ही कार्य कर रहा हु । में अपने समाज का प्रचार - प्रसार कर रहा हु , क्योंकि बहुत से लोग हैं जिनको अपनी जाति के बारे में नही पता , तो कोई अपनी जाति को दिखाने से डरता हैं , कि अन्य लोग हमें महत्व नहीं देंगे । और ये सब शिक्षा , व जानकारी का अभाव हैं जो हम सबको बताना होगा कि आपका समाज भारत का सबसे प्राचीन हैं आदिवासी कोल जाति ( समाज ) हैं । और हमसे ही बहुत सी जातियों का अस्तित्व हैं । जो आज अपने समाज पर गर्व करते हैं । हमे भी गर्व होना चाहिए अपनी कोल जाति पर क्योंकि आप नही करोगे तो अन्य भी नही करेंगे ।

Our social organizations have shown that we will discuss it only at the time of elections and on the occasion of someone's death or birthday.  Talking about society, the reality is that social organizations are required.  They are not doing any organization of the society.  Such behavior of social organizations is seen.  That confederations are made only for personal interest.  Because other issues like harassment, beatings, occupation of land of people of society are coming up on the people of Kol society.  But not a single social organization on these issues listens to them even after hearing or seeing them, but ignoring them.  Which clearly shows the intention of our social organizations, because social organizations talk about education, unemployed, strengthening society.  When they have big gatherings.  That is when they call themselves superior.  No social organization wants to work at the grassroots level, and why do they get what they will work for the poor, then they only work as a principle, if you notice, the same people go to the social gatherings of the society  Those who have money, are rich, but some poor people also carry it, maybe even someone will listen to them there but it does not happen and the poor who return disappointed, and  Then afraid to go to social gatherings, Q because they know that there is no one to listen to them, there are only people with money from the society who come to collect their connivance.) Seeing such situation of society it seems  , That even today we do not understand correctly because only the people of our society are taking advantage of our society.  This is not a new thing for personal interest.  It is according to the tradition that has been going on for centuries, that the innocent illiterates of the society are taken advantage of, the politics is done by taking advantage of their crowd.  I am writing in this post because I have seen, read.  Do you not even want to think about any atrocities on these atrocities that are taking place on the society.  You will find my post this time very bad, it is necessary to write, it is necessary to reach those social organizations who do politics only with the help of society.  If social organizations cannot function at the ground level, then such social organizations have no meaning, or form in the society.  I am not connected to any social organization nor am I working.  I am promoting my society, because there are many people who do not know about their caste, then some are afraid to show their caste, that other people will not give importance to us.  And all these are the lack of education and information that we all have to tell that your society is the oldest tribal tribe in India.  And many castes exist from us.  Those who are proud of their society today.  We should also be proud of our Kol caste because if you do not, others will not.  I am proud of the Jai kol society, I am a Kol Adivasi.  Ankit Ravtel kol is moving forward to spread the kol society.  .
